Yes, you can cancel anytime- though we recommended cancelling before your charge date as we do not offer refunds.

What happens if I miss a month?

No worries, we understand there may be unexpected situations so we give you up to 4 months after your charge date to use your credits.

Can I upgrade my treatment?

Absolutely- and you will receive your member discount of 20% off.

Can I share credits with guests?

You can share active credits to 3 guests in a 12-month period.

Do unused credits rollover?

Yes, your credits rollover for up to 4 months after the charge date. If you have any credits that go unused past 4 months time, they become inactive.

Is there a contract?

We have a membership agreement that is required to complete before your first service. We highly encourage everyone to thoroughly read it before making a commitment.
